I am looking for a general contractor for a game prototype - online card games designed for mobile devices and desktops simultaneously. The programming language is free but rather with the exception of the Unity engine.

I am looking for a person to take care of the front and backend. The design is similar to Panini FIFA 365 Adrenaline. Nothing complicated.
