Looking for someone to build/run basic website data scraping campaigns

Description

We are looking to scrape data from local council websites in the UK, capturing names, emails and phone numbers of suppliers listed (freely) on these council websites.

We need someone who is an expert at building these tools to run all of the scrapes for us, providing us with CSV files of the data from each website .

Probably 20 websites in total initially.
