Looking for a graphic designer to work with

Looking for a graphic designer to work with me. I have been doing graphic design and website building for almost 16 years. I have now been in business for 6 years and the time has come in which I need good people who are skilled in design. Our cooperation would be as follows:

- I would embrace the contact with the client,

- We settle from the order after the client accepts your work.

- You estimate your labor cost for the order in advance after reviewing the client's guidelines.

- Transparent terms of cooperation.

- Availability 8-16 welcome

- Familiarity with Trello tool, knowledge of online/offline design super.

- I am only looking for people who are available, have time

What to start with?

- Need your portfolio (show some of your best work)

- I will get back to the selected person

- I will send a test assignment to the selected person: 1 test project that should not take you more than 1 hour to complete
