Long-term Legal Counsel / Licensed Attorney in Poland for Automotive Business (Cross-Border)

I am looking for a licensed Polish Attorney or Legal Counsel (Radca Prawny / Adwokat) for a long-term, ongoing professional collaboration.

​My business involves vehicle sourcing, trading, and logistics between Poland and Greece. I need a reliable legal partner to secure my professional interests in Poland, act as a legal advisor, and handle disputes if they arise.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Providing legal advice regarding Polish Civil and Commercial Law (specifically consumer laws, vehicle purchase contracts, hidden defects/rękojmia, and fraud cases).

​Reviewing and drafting vehicle purchase contracts and B2B agreements.

​Communicating directly on my behalf with Polish sellers, dealers, or third parties to resolve disputes amicably.

​Actively protecting my legal rights in Poland, including drafting official legal notices (wezwanie do zapłaty, odstąpienie od umowy) and providing full legal representation in Polish courts or before authorities if required.

​Requirements:

​Fully licensed Radca Prawny or Adwokat registered with the Polish Bar.

​Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

​Experience in contract law, consumer protection, or the automotive trade sector is a major plus.

​High responsiveness and professional integrity.

​This will start with an immediate task regarding a hidden defect dispute on a recent car purchase (drafting a formal contract rescission and fraud notice to an uncooperative seller) and will evolve into a long-term retainer for all future legal needs.
