Need a modern logo (the current one is from 2013...).

I am looking for a contractor who with a fresh look and his own initiative will create a logo better than me ;) The shoemaker walks barefoot as they say. Dedicated tool Photoshop. The logo is two words. Enclosed I send the existing old logo and the initial vision of the first word, the new logo (inspired me to change, noticed somewhere on the net). But of course I will consider any modern vision. The company is engaged in IT services, maintenance, implementation of Smart Home Hybrid solutions and electrical installations in common home construction. Application of this logo: on invoices, flyers, banners, advertisements, letterhead. In summary, I am looking for originality and simplicity in one ;) Those interested are welcome to contact me.
