Logo design (with brand book) and corporate identity design (brand book)

To make a logo and corporate identity. The name of the organization consists of 5 words (it is both a proper name but also a description, example: State Art Gallery named after Leon Wyczółkowski).

It seems that in this situation the logo will be based on the wording itself and the form of its representation, but I leave it to the professionals. In addition, to do the visual identity of the organization. All presented in a professional manner (logo book/brand book).
