LandingPage and contact form

I urgently need to create a LandingPage with a contact form. Preferably to put it on my site as a subdomain under the contact tab.

It can be created with ready-made tools like MeilerLite, but it doesn't have to be.

I'm keen on being able to filter and group customers by responses in each field.

I can no longer keep up with answering the phone, and reading messages that don't apply to me, because someone writes to me to chat, or expects free advice.

I also want to automate the whole process of contacting customers.

For example: if in the field: "WHAT I EXPECT", the customer selects: TELEPORADS, then after registering, he should receive an automatic email with a thank you, and with a link to purchase TELEPORADS. If, on the other hand, someone selects: make an appointment, they should receive in the email a link to an appointment booking system, such as Calendly (or better - I'm open to suggestions)
