Creation of website (landing page) using Next js + Chakra UI or Next js Tailwind css. The website is going to be a presentation of the product – mobile app with the following requirements:
1. Sticky Header with 5 options
- 4 of them scrolls in main page
- One option opens new page /investor
2. Landing page with:
- Hero section (carrousel with 5 images)
- About the app
- How to Setup app
- Download app section
- Faqs
3. Investor page
- Paragraphs and images
4. Contact form
5. Integration with Calendly to book a meeting
6. Integration with Google Analytics
7. Support for dark mode
- Now we only have one theme, but we want to support from the begin
8. Footer with general social media links, links to privacy policies etc. Opening documents in pdf, newsletter
9. The website must be responsive(we have layouts of how it should look for phones as well)
10. SEO meta tags

What needs to be delivered:
- Source code must be synced into our GIT, we will review the source code according to our standards so we might request changes if we identify improvements to be done
- One static build for testing

The website is designed in Figma. We provide all needed assets and we will do the hosting of the website. There is a possibility that chosen person works for us later on other projects. We predict that the creation of the website does not take more than 5 days (it is absolutely the maximum because it is a simple landing page).
