Job description
Good morning, looking for someone to support our chief information officer.
The main tasks are:
-Providing technical support to employees on IT tools, including software and hardware.
-Implementing and configuring new IT tools in the company.
-Monitoring and maintaining the operation of IT systems.
-Troubleshooting technical problems, diagnosing faults and ensuring their repair.
-Creating and updating documentation on technical systems and procedures.
We require:
-Experience in IT support and systems administration.
-Familiarity with IT tools and technologies.
-Ability to solve technical problems.
-Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
-Diligence and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
-Knowledge of the English language.
Knowledge of Salesforce is welcome
