Influencer Management

We’re hiring for a long-term role managing TikTok & Instagram influencers for our watch brand, VALUSIS. We are one of the fastest growing watch brands in Dubai and the last person we hired for this position has been working with us for 2 years+ and now we are expanding our team. Tasks include daily messaging, checking posts, explaining collaboration rules, and calculating monthly payments, mostly using pre-written templates. Strong written English is required; sales/negotiation skills are a plus but can be coached. Payment will be hourly in the first week and if things go well, we'll switch to a monthly payment starting at $300-400 that can grow to $600-700 in a few months once you take on more tasks and responsibility. Work is 1–3 hours/day(Flexible hours, but we need replies during weekends as well), fully remote, with calls and daily check-ins(longer during onboarding). We need consistency and everything can be coached from 0 if you have common sense and the willingness to learn. Our ideal candidate is someone young with Social Media experience who can adapt quick to changes and knows how to efficiently use the templates provided quickly and adapt them to certain situation
