I need to improve my pagespeed insights results, at the moment desktop looks ok but mobile is tragic - 24

It appears that the current template is not well optimized, but I no longer have support for it and we do not plan to change it. The only thing left is to optimize the current one.
I would like to ask for pricing for optimization.
I would also like to ask you for estimation of e.g. score improvement from 24 -> approx. 50
