Implementation of the Web Push library into a web application in PHP (PWA)

I will order implementation to an application written in PHP 7.4 without a framework / structured library for handling push notifications. The current application is based on the mySQL database, and on devices it works as a PWA - a simple service-worker. The application offers the functionality of adding advertisements to a defined group of users.

I want the recipient user to be able to enable / disable the Push subscription in his panel, so that the subscriptions are subscribed to the application base. And the ads added in the application were displayed in the form of push. I also want a precise comment on the implemented added code. With successful cooperation, it is planned to rewrite the application to Symfony and improve it with new functionalities.
