I will order a full research

I am planning to open a nursery, therefore I am looking for a person who will burden me with several issues, namely:

• find suitable places (city: Gdańsk; housing estate: to be found - preferred new housing estates, inhabited by families with children, where there are not yet 5 other nurseries)

• find the right premises for rent

• reach out to parents' needs

• verify fees at nearby nurseries

In the further part of the cooperation, I will also need help with:

• find renovation professionals to adapt the premises to the requirements

• business plan

• documentation related to co-financing

• website / facebook

• other

I hope that I will find a person who will support me in all matters; also in those later.

I would like to ask people ONLY with experience, who know the market of childcare facilities up to 3 years of age best, but it is not a necessary condition.

It would also be nice if this person was from Gdańsk - then I would also count on field work, but it is also not a necessary condition.
