I am looking for a freelancer to help me integrate Gravity Forms with Bitrix24 platform using Make.
The combination of these tools aims to achieve the following:
Customers:.
- Check if the customer exists in Bitrix24. If it does, update it based on the information in the Gravity Forms form.
- If the customer does not exist, create a new customer in Bitrix24 based on the data collected from the form.
- Create a deal in Bitrix24 for each customer contact.
Save files:.
- Files used in the form should be saved in the appropriate folder in Google Docs. The name of the folder should be in the format "Entity Name". "TIN".
- Summary statements: Summary statement files should be saved as "Summary statements - Entity Name - TIN".
- Individual files: Individual files should be saved as "Last Name - Entity Name - TIN".
Competition:.
- Create a contact for a competitor in Bitrix24.
- Creation of a competitor's "company" in Bitrix24.
- Creating a deal in Bitrix24, which will refer to the corresponding funnel.
