Hi!

The idea is simple - I want an online converter on my website that converts mp3 files - i.e. it sets the audio in the left earphone and in the right earphone it sets the same audio but with a changed frequency (e.g. + 4hz). Thanks to this, you can upload an mp3 file and download the already changed one.
