I am looking for a virtual assistant to: Establish business partnerships with brands and their distributors in Europe.

- Sending inquiries to companies in the database in order to establish cooperation and obtain a price list according to our template ( E-mail communication and certainly by phone )

Mostly there are 2 e-mails and 2-3 phone calls.

- Registration on B2B sites of contractors according to our database

- Downloading and saving of sent price lists on a disk ("cloud")

- Progress reporting

Requirements:

- Business English and preferably German

- experience in conversations with business customers is welcome

After a successfully completed test order we will be happy to establish permanent cooperation, the subsequent scope of work:

- first stage 20-50 records per week

- second stage 50-100 records per week

- a creation of a team for business contact and its supervision
