Hooking up the backend to an ePuap form

The ordering party has a portal made with CMS TYPO 3 technology.

One of the functional elements of the portal is the ability to submit an application for a certificate whether the property to be sold or purchased is located in the revitalization area. Built into the application form are tools to facilitate its correct completion and an integrative map. Our task is/was to connect the form created so far in the portal with the ePuap platform, allowing the form's input with the ePuap platform to be sent to the designated office unit, in the version for an individual and for a company/institution, respectively.

By now we have the script created and now we need to integrate it with the form written in Typo 3.
