Greedy Algorithm

The assignment will be to write a greedy algorithm using C language and (Microsoft) SQL server (as much of the algorithm should be implemented using SQL). Algorithm as a result displays decision rules generated from tables- example I send .Should be used EAV model so that each table (with word or number values) can have rules generated. I will send an example of the model, there should be something similar. I will also send the pseudocode of the algorithm. User interface: button to add a file (e.g. from excel), from which rules will be generated. It should also display the set, number of rows, attributes of this set, number of rules, min/max rule length, rule uniqueness and min/max support.
