Graphics for YouTube thumbnails

I am looking for a person to create thumbnails for videos for my YouTube channel about SEO, positioning and search engine optimization. The channel is called “Slawek Gdak (gdaq) - SEO | Positioning | Optimization” and I publish content related to internet marketing, SEO analysis, SEO strategies and search engine optimization.

Thumbnail requirements:

- size is 1280x720 pixels, with an aspect ratio of 16:9,

- visually consistent with the theme of the channel, and contain distinctive elements that will catch the eye. They can relate to the SEO, Internet marketing and SEO industry. The color scheme should be consistent with my brand and the gdaq.co.uk website (e.g. colors from the logo or website),

- I would like each thumbnail to contain a short, catchy text (maximum 5-7 words) that will be readable on small screens. The text should be concise, but clearly indicate the topic of the video,

- my photo for about 1/3 of the video,
