Job description
The scope of the task
- Develop graphic design and typesetting of a brochure/catalog for a development project. We are keen to present the project neatly to a potential investor/developer (not a private client);
- Graphic processing of some of the materials (floor plans, landscaping, views);
- Matching with the existing visual identity;
Form of cooperation
This is a one-time assignment, but after successful cooperation, similar subsequent assignments are possible.
Contract for work/order/invoice - I will send the selected people materials with a request for a quote.
Requirements
- minimum requirement - a portfolio with a project for the publication of a brochure, a catalog, preferably related to architecture.
optimally - portfolio with several brochures for developers;
- any experience related to construction/architecture to better understand the materials received is an added advantage;
