Norm is a modern beauty studio in Warsaw offering manicures, pedicures, creative nail extensions, brow, and lash styling. We actively acquire clients through Meta Ads, and now we want to test the effectiveness of Google Ads with a limited budget.
Who are we looking for?
We’re searching for a specialist who can help us efficiently launch Google Ads campaigns with a limited budget and optimize our client acquisition strategy. We need someone who:
✅ Knows how to leverage AI for keyword research and campaign optimization
✅ Is ready to quickly test and implement new approaches (growth hacking)
✅ Understands how to effectively use niche, low-frequency keywords
✅ Has experience with beauty industry campaigns (a plus)
