German Customer Support ecommerce store
Hi! We are looking for a reliable person to handle customer support in German for our online store.
Workload:
About 1 hour per day
Weekends optional (you can reply on Monday, but there will be more messages)
Working hours are flexible, but ideally you check messages a bit in the morning and a bit in the evening
Important: customers should not wait longer than 20 hours for a reply
Tasks:
Replying to customer emails in German
Simple Shopify tasks (editing orders, cancellations, checking order status)
Later possibly Instagram DMs (for now ONLY email support)
Requirements:
Experience in customer service
Shopify experience
Good written English for internal communication
