Full Stack Developer Needed to Build a Chat Support System

Description
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to build a custom Chat Support System for our company.
The system will be used internally by our support team and externally by website visitors and clients. It must be scalable, secure, and built with clean architecture to allow future expansion (multi-tenant support, AI integration, WhatsApp integration, etc.).
The platform should include real-time messaging, user management, conversation tracking, and an admin dashboard.
We prefer a developer with strong experience in building SaaS platforms and real-time systems.
Required features
• Real-time chat (WebSocket-based)
• Admin dashboard
• Agent management (roles & permissions)
• Conversation assignment (auto/manual)
• Multi-company (multi-tenant) structure
• Chat history storage
• File/image sharing in chat
• Visitor tracking (IP, location, device info)
• Online/offline status for agents
• Canned responses (saved replies)
• Search in conversations
• REST API for integration
• JWT authentication
• Secure architecture (rate limiting, validation, logging)
• Future-ready for AI integration (ChatGPT API / automation)
• Future-ready for WhatsApp / external API integration
Preferable solution
We prefer a fully custom-built solution (not WordPress or ready-made plugins).
Preferred stack:
• Backend: Node.js (NestJS preferred) or similar structured framework
• Frontend: React / Next.js
• Database: PostgreSQL
• WebSocket implementation for real-time communication
• Clean modular architecture
The system should be production-ready, scalable, and well-documented.

• Deployment environment
