Job description
The freelancer will be responsible for:
Developing UX/UI mockups of:
Reservation system for conference rooms, parking spaces, silent booths and other resources.
Touchscreen interface in front of meeting rooms and booths.
An administration panel to manage the system (web application preferred).
Include functionality such as:
Integration with Office365 and synchronization with Outlook calendar.
Intuitive visualization of room layout (with the option to combine/split rooms).
Real-time indication of resource availability.
Adaptation to technical requirements:
Design according to on-premise system preferences.
Expectations:
Creative approach to creating mockups, with high usability in mind.
Experience in designing reservation systems or similar solutions.
Ability to adapt design to specific technical and business requirements.
