Freelancer to create an aesthetic portfolio of my work and the work of my agency

I am looking for a creative person to help me prepare a professional portfolio that I can attach to the UseMe portal. The portfolio will contain about five case studies, including photos and videos showcasing my projects and those of my marketing agency. I am keen on a minimalist, aesthetic form that will emphasize the quality of the work done and the professionalism of our agency.

I expect:

Creation of a portfolio in a clear and attractive form (e.g. in Canva or another tool)

Aesthetic layout of content and graphics

Adding photos and short videos (materials will be provided)

Clear description of about five projects (brief I will provide)

A file that I can conveniently attach on UseMe or send to clients
