Freelance Accountant Needed for a Polish Startup (English Required)

We are a growing Polish startup (Sp. z o.o.) looking for a reliable freelance accountant to handle our monthly accounting and tax reporting.

Requirements:

Experience with Polish accounting (especially for Sp. z o.o. companies)

Ability to prepare and file VAT, CIT, and ZUS reports

Fluent in Polish (for dealing with authorities) and able to communicate in English

Experience with online accounting platforms (e.g. inFakt, wfirma, eDeklaracje)

Knowledge of ePUAP and PUE ZUS systems

Responsibilities:

Monthly bookkeeping and document classification

Preparing and submitting VAT / JPK_VAT / CIT-8 / ZUS declarations

Communicating with tax office and government portals (if needed)

Providing simple financial summaries each month
