Facebook API People <> EMAIL search

We have around 600.000 emails - we need to search with facebook API

If email will be found on facebook we need name to this email.

This function is also used by other webservice like fullcontact, socialcatfish or pipl.

Please only bid when you are able to create this function with facebook API.
