We are looking for a person who has extensive experience in managing Email Ticketing systems.
We are interested in a Web only email solution.
The functionalities we care about:
- interface design similar to standard email programs
- a given group of users can read sent and received mail of other users
- address books
- signatures, html signatures and text
- stability of the system
- security copies
