Ecommerce Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's online store, optimizing sales and customer experience, and driving strategies to increase revenue. The Ecommerce Manager will work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless, customer-centric online shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive growth, enhance customer experience, and increase revenue.

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the online store, including inventory management, product listings, and order fulfillment.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute digital marketing campaigns (PPC, email marketing, SEO, social media) to drive traffic and conversions.

Analyze and report on website performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to improve website functionality and performance.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
