E-commerce & Marketing Ops Specialist – Klaviyo, GTM, CRO (Ongoing freelance)
Hands-on e-commerce & marketing ops freelancer needed for a Scandinavian flooring brand growing fast in Poland. Ongoing collaboration (10–20 hrs/month), working directly with the founder.
What you'll do:
• Klaviyo – Build and optimize email/SMS flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, lead nurture)
• Google Tag Manager – Configure tags, triggers, events (Meta pixel, GA4, custom events)
• CRO – Analyze funnels, A/B test landing pages, improve sample-to-purchase conversion
• Site updates – Content and layout improvements, product page optimization, landing page builds
• Light ad support – Retargeting setup, performance review (Meta/Google Ads experience is a plus)
What we're looking for:
• Strong Klaviyo and email automation experience
• Comfortable in GTM (not a dev, but can configure and debug)
• Understands CRO – can read data and suggest fixes
• Uses AI/vibe coding tools (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) to solve problems
• Entrepreneurial mindset – thinks business outcomes, not just tasks
• Polish required – you'll handle copywriting tasks when needed
• English required – all internal communication is in English
