Hi,

I need help with a Drupal-based website, I'll send you a link in a private message.

I need to add a banner that will only be displayed for some traffic on the current page. The main traffic is from America, so maybe we could have added some IP restrictions by state. The idea is for about 20-30% of the traffic to see the banner, in connection with showing the new page view.
