Development of a website for a construction company

I am looking for a person to make a page for the purpose of presenting the offer of a construction company implementing single-family residential buildings. One of the sample reference sites is for example: superdom.pl, riserdomy.pl

We are interested in making a site with similar functionality (lead acquisition + submission of ready-made offers, integration with the CRM system of customer data) but enriched with: SEO search optimization, presentation (embedding) of video content, easy editing of content (adding articles / blog), connection with FB/IG in the context of displaying content posted on the sites on the connected account. The site is to be fully responsive and optimized for low load on target devices (older phones, laptops with lower performance), possibly adjusting content depending on browser or device version.

We are looking not so much for someone who will make us a standard solution based on Wordpress, but a person / company who will be able to offer an individual approach.
