I am planning to put up an outdoor advertisement on a friend's plot with dimensions of 4000x2000 mm, raised 2000 mm from the ground.

I depend on the creation of a safe structure made of steel + dissecting all the documentation step by step, so that it is legal and safe, and I would only have to deliver the necessary documents to the right place.

I will do the graphic design of the advertisement myself.
