Job description
We are looking for a contractor for a CRM system combining the work of three departments in the company working on a common list of clients.
Functionalities:
Section I:
Creating projects (customer accounts)
The ability to create notes about the client
Add / edit login details and budget information
The ability to create notes about the client
Preview to public notes about the client
Split notes into public and private
Possibility to assign statuses to clients (important client, less important, pissed off)
Possibility to create messages with the assignment to the employee dealing with the client.
The ability to receive messages from other people associated with the project
Possibility of cyclical reporting of activities on clients
Possibility to enter the work performed (text field repeatable)
Ability to input data from a CSV file
Generating and automatic sending of reports (based on the data from the point above)
Marking the linking with an automatic e-mail message to the customer after each link.
Dividing and sorting clients by package / validity

Preview and editing of registration data

The ability to create notes about the client
