We are ecommerce company in EU with trendy products. We look for long term customer support/help desk person for part time job.

Job descriptions:

Facebook/Instagram - replying comments, accepting orders, inbox

Live chat/ online customer support - customer support, accepting orders

Email support - Tickets - replying on customers emails, reclamations, orders..

Phone support - Calling regarding delivery, accepting orders by telephone.

Reporting Daily, Weekly, Monthly about progress

Requirements:

Fast computer skills

Word, Excell

English, Czech, Slovak

Own computer, Internet

What we offer:
