REQUIREMENTS:
experience in customer service
ability to establish good contact with customers by phone, e-mail
good or very good knowledge of at least one graphics program (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw), eventually Adobe Illustrator
knowledge of Google services (Gmail, Documents, Sheets, Google Chat)
knowledge of graphic file formats and basic principles of creating DTP graphics
proficient navigation in CRM/CMS type systems
very good organization of work, diligence, conscientiousness and independence
ability to work under time pressure
ability to listen actively
own computer - on probation
TASKS:
handling e-mail messages
telephone contact with retail customers
daily cooperation with the team (phone, e-mail, Google Chat)
controlling and editing automatic orders in the store's sales support system
implementing graphic designs (vector and raster graphics) for selected orders
Telephone contact with wholesalers
processing wholesale orders and entering stock levels
completing offers and creating product descriptions
maintenance and development of social profiles of the store
analysis of frequently reported suggestions and cooperation with the IT team responsible for the development of the platform
A PLUS WILL BE:
experience in remote work
Experience in selling products via the Internet
basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization
