Hello,

I will commission a basic CRM for an ecommerce printing company. Namely, the idea is that it would pull customer data from baselinker and create a customer with his order sheet from the past (price phone email address date remarks)

I am green in the CRM topic and so far I put everything into Excel which is tiring.

I am open to suggestions for features and automation.

I handle all orders through baselinker (allegro shopify erli empik)

Required functions:

- User's card with his past orders - The user's card would have such info as - Customer name, Number and email address, address, products ordered divided separately with amounts, source/marketplace, currency - nationality, shipping type, - for orders from shopify will also need to pass the image file uploaded earlier on the web with parameters. - search engine would work on each of the data - creation of a re-order in baselinker (addprint) -categories of orders b2b / b2c - Currency in which someone bought
