Greetings,

I am looking for software developers or software house, to create a CRM platform, ultimately subsidized by an EU project under funds from the National Center for Research and Development. The platform is dedicated to the call center dealing with the business service of our clients' partners.

Description of the platform's functionality assumptions:

1. handling incoming and outgoing calls from multiple phone numbers (phones are assigned to a consultant and allow two-way communication). The same consultant is available at the same phone number and can also make calls from the same number.

2.The whole process is managed virtually using a web platform and the solution is dedicated to remote work.

3. GSM exchanges (SIP Gateway), should be dedicated to different countries and SIM cards with the numbers of consultants will be plugged into these exchanges. And the exchanges themselves will be integrated with the CRM created.

4 The platform is to be a dedicated solution for our company. Therefore, we are not looking for subscription solutions. 5) Consultants can connect to the platform from different locations (office, home) therefore the platform should be a Cloud System solution. 6) Regardless of from which location a consultant connects to the platform, the output to the customer is always from the same number that can be called back. 7.When a customer connects to a consultant, the CRM platform window displays the customer's data such as name, surname, phone, email, etc. 8.The VOIP call through CRM should be associated with individual phone numbers, which is related to the use of SIP Gateway, i.e. all activities through a given number should be associated with the IMEI and any identifiers assigned to the SIM card. There must not be a situation where other identifiers such as a different IP number or MAC address are generated when using a given SIM via CRM. This is due to requirements for subsequent employee billing.
