CRM for inbound and outbound calls using SIP Gateway
Greetings,
I am looking for software developers or software house, to create a CRM platform, ultimately subsidized by an EU project under funds from the National Center for Research and Development. The platform is dedicated to the call center dealing with the business service of our clients' partners.
Description of the platform's functionality assumptions:
1. handling incoming and outgoing calls from multiple phone numbers (phones are assigned to a consultant and allow two-way communication). The same consultant is available at the same phone number and can also make calls from the same number.
2.The whole process is managed virtually using a web platform and the solution is dedicated to remote work.
3. GSM exchanges (SIP Gateway), should be dedicated to different countries and SIM cards with the numbers of consultants will be plugged into these exchanges. And the exchanges themselves will be integrated with the CRM created.
