Creative Operations Assistant (Graphic Layout & Packaging Support) – Long-Term / Part-Time - English & German required

We are a small Austrian–Slovak cosmetic company looking for a reliable long-term freelance assistant who can support us with design-related and product-related tasks.

We need someone detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working with labels, packaging layouts, and product information.

• Tasks include:

Updating and adapting product labels (format, language, layout)

Preparing simple packaging layouts (2D graphics, print-ready files)

Creating Mock-ups (if possible)

Creating and formatting product info sheets (PDF)

Transferring ingredient lists and product data into templates

Small design tasks (based on existing brand guidelines)

Occasionally preparing files for clients (B2B)

• Requirements:

Experience with 2D graphics (AI tools, Photoshop and ideally Illustrator, InDesign, or Affinity)

Excellent attention to detail

Good communication in English & German as all labels and marketing material have to be established in these 2 languages

Structured and reliable

Based in the EU (preferred)

Interest in long-term collaboration

• Budget:

Test project: €120–€250

Long-term monthly collaboration: €300–€600 (depending on hours & skill level)
