I will commission the creation of a simple website containing information on the subject matter of the business, as well as containing information for contact, and the ability to leave details for callbacks.

It would be good if the site had a dialog box displayed when the page is opened (in which the nearest training date will be displayed).

Equally welcome would be a tab where the owner would be able to enter up-to-date information.
