Creation of a remote desktop for accounting programs

For an accounting office, I need to rent cloud space on a server where I will install my accounting programs. The idea is that the accounting assistant, will connect to the server via remote desktop and work on these programs.

The programs I work on and need to transfer:

1. Symfonia Finanse i Księgowość - Microsoft SQL Server database

2. Varico - PostgreSQL database

3. payer - Access database

All these programs have an online license.

From a preliminary look, I know that I need a server (cloud) that has Windows installed.

I am looking for a person who:

1. will price access to the cloud,

2. will configure the remote desktop

3. will be available for servicing if needed
