Creation of a mockup draft for a Facebook post

We need to prepare an internal post approval system before publishing on FB. For this we will need to prepare a website on which we will visualize the post the same way as when it will look after publication on FB - i.e. graphic preparation and cutting the post mockup on Facebook with the functionality of downloading content and photos to it from the outside source (text file / mysql ).

The desktop and mobile versions should be visualized next to each other.

Additionally, in the layout on the right side, the details / information regarding the post (planned publication date, approval status, publication status, accept / reject / have comments buttons). Underneath should be chat rooms for information exchange between decision-makers.
