Creation of a graphic PDF of a sales offer for a medical industry application

As in the job title, I need to create a PDF document containing a sales offer. At the moment I don't have any key visual, so it has to be consistent with the current state of the application (possibly in the style I have a post done on IG). It has to be a rather short document (4-5 pages), including cover, information about the company, the solution, the problem it solves and the benefits of using the solution.
