Creation of 3d model of terrace + animation

Hey, I am looking for a person to create a 3d model of a terrace for a website for a client who manufactures wooden structures.

The model should look realistic.

Assumptions:

- 3d model properly lit

- the animation should start with a view of the terrace itself, after which other elements such as columns, beams, roofing should arrive

- ultimately I would like to get a video file, which I will later implement in the website.
