We will commission a complex creation and configuration of a chatbot in a Facebook fanpage messenger. The bot is to answer several pre-programmed questions (a proposal of several pre-programmed suggestions of topics for the user who writes) and act as a newsletter, informing the user of new added information (the user must be able to choose the frequency of receiving the newsletter via messenger message (selectable: any material / once a day / weekly) and topics (3-4 options to choose from - the user can select one, several or all).
