Creating or customizing a WordPress quiz plugin

Good day,

I will commission the creation or adaptation of an existing plugin from the WordPress repository (please indicate which one) to the following requirements:

1. when you select the "quiz" category in the post editor, a section for creating a quiz will appear below the editor.

2. the section will allow you to add questions, answers and results.

3.The results must have the option to add text depending on the result and an image.

4.When published, the quiz should display below the main content.

5.Transitions between questions can be smooth automatic or on the "next" button.

6. quiz template should be minimalistic, rounded edges.
