Creating designs for T-shirts using AI (long-term cooperation)

Description
I am looking for a person to:
1. create graphics for t-shirts using AI tools such as Ideogram.
2. Once the graphics are generated, I expect them to be further processed:
- Converting to vector format.
- Adding or correcting text.
- Adjusting the graphics to make them ready for DTF printing.
3. the person performing the order will have a lot of freedom in the choice of the created designs. For my part, I will only provide general themes or possibly provide inspiration that can be found on the Internet.
4.Long-term cooperation: I expect to create from 30 to 100 new graphics per month.
5. additional tasks that I am willing to outsource:
-Applying graphics to mockups in an online program (e.g. Placeit).
-Posting finished products on Allegro.
