Creating a website for a manufacturer of fishing lures and baits

I need to create a website for an English brand of a manufacturer of fishing lures and bait in English.

The site can be on wordpress.

I need the whole site to be translated by plugin or other suitable way into French, German, Polish, Spanish, Italian, Czech, Dutch, Hungarian, Romanian, Russian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Danish, Swedish, Finnish.

The site is to be fairly simple but done in RWD, in a new style, may be something on the example of the competition e.g.:
