Creating a simple ERD diagram of a settlement council management system

Good day,

I would like to commission an ERD diagram for a estate council management database , I would like the diagram to more or less consist of these entities:

admin ( login, password)

resident ( login, first name, last name, password, phone, address)

cleaning schedule (who, when and where)

garbage collection (who, where and how)

funds (council account balance, invoices, collections)

Resolutions (by the council, residents can see what resolutions have been passed)

notice board

projects
