Creating a program for a hotel reception that generates a data file and a PDF based on batch data

I ask you to create a tool for the hotel reception, which will allow to quickly generate a work file and PDF based on the entered data and options selected from pre-defined lists.

This is how we would like it to work:

1. The receptionist opens a "form" in which he has two types of fields:

a) checkboxes from the list, where he can choose a specific option (an example of such a field: a choice between the Offer and Confirmation of reservation), which will then define the final appearance of the final file

b) fields to be filled in, where he enters the guests' details

2. The receptionist has a few "Generate" buttons and receives in a specific location two files - one "work", which will be able to open later, possibly to make changes. The second file - a ready PDF based on a defined template, ready to be sent by e-mail to guests.
